• Microsoft Azure: Hosts our database in the Central India region

• Answer Engine APIs: Processes data through Perplexity and OpenAI for answer engine analysis.

• Google Analytics: Helps us understand how our Service is used (aggregated data only)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, your safety, or others' safety.

Business Transfers: If Craveo is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred. We'll notify you before this happens.

5. International Data Transfers

We primarily store data in Microsoft Azure's Central India region. However, some of our service providers (like Perplexity, OpenAI and Grok) may process data in the United States and other countries.

For EU Users: We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for data transfers outside the EU.

For All Users: We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information across borders.

Security is a top priority. We implement industry-standard security measures:

• JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication

• Secure server infrastructure on Microsoft Azure

• Access controls and monitoring

• Regular security assessments

13. AI Processing Disclosure

LLMLab uses artificial intelligence services (Grok and OpenAI APIs via Azure AI Studio) to post process few of the llm-responses. Your submitted content is processed through these AI models solely to provide our Service. We use reputable providers with strong security practices, but AI processing involves some inherent risks. By using LLMLab, you acknowledge and accept this.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do:
